What this site does and doesn’t promise
We’ve tried to describe Parkview accurately. It’s still a development in progress, so some of what’s described here — sections, boundaries, prices and availability — is a plan rather than a finished thing. This page is about which is which.
Photographs
Aerial photographs show the site as it was on the day they were taken. Earthworks move quickly, so the ground may look different by the time you visit.
Sections, sizes and prices
Section areas, dimensions and boundaries are approximate and remain subject to final survey and the issue of titles. The masterplan is a guide to the layout, not a survey plan.
Prices are current at the time of display and can change without notice.
Availability
We update the status of every section as it changes, so the map should reflect where things stand. Even so, treat it as a guide: a section is only confirmed as yours once there’s a signed sale and purchase agreement. Sections shown as available may go under contract before you reach us.

We make no representation about what any section will be worth later, or about capital growth, rental returns or any other financial outcome. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
Take your own advice
Buying land is a significant commitment. Before you sign anything, have your own lawyer review the sale and purchase agreement, the title and the covenants, and talk to your own financial adviser. Don’t rely on this site as the basis for that decision — ask us for the documents and check them.
